Default Road Glide Ultra handlebars to Limited?

I rented a Road Glide Ultra when in Florida and put 360 miles on it. I have to say my hands were more comfortable then on my Limited.
What bars would put my hands and arms in the same position as the RGU?

Can’t be done. RG uses 1.25” risers, your are only 1”. That’s just the start of the incompatibility

Shark and Batwing take totally different bars. That said, you should be able to find a set of bars that have more pull back or whatever it was that made the RGU bars more comfortable. When it comes to handlebars, whatever you want, somebody makes or will custom make for you.

Don’t think he was wanting to put roadglide bars on his bike,he was asking what bar would put his hands in the same position.
do they still have the 2+2 bars, bet that would put him where he would want to be.
if not maybe 10 or 12 inch bars would work.

Same deal here. I bought a '17 Limited, and the bars were borderline uncomfortable. I have a back rest adjust forward as far as it will go, but I still can't lean into I because the bars aren't far enough back. I thought I could just make it work, and live with it somehow, until I sat on my brother's '16 RoadGlide. Man, what a difference. So I researched a little, and ordered the Khrome Werks +2 Narrow, and will give it a try. But, I think I should have got the 2+2 narrow instead, so I'll order it today, and decide which one to send back later. Problem was, Dennis Kirk's website said the 300519 2+2 wouldn't fit my bike. But later, KW says it will, so we'll see.

I too am in this predicament. Keep us in the loop. I'm actually trying to change my PB into a Road Glide. Nobody has used internal fairing parts for sale on the M8's. Speaker boxes, & glove boxes are almost 450 dollars from HD

I know it can’t be swapped. Just want the same positioning the RGU put me on my Limited.

funny, I have a '17 RGU, and have been reading threads about how uncomfortable the bars are, and what a huge difference apes make in the comfort of the RG. I have been kicking around different bars that will raise my hands by a couple inches.

The 2+2 bars are supposed to bring the bars back toward the rider 2-7/16", + raises the height by about 2", and the wrist angle is more natural. I think this will work out for me. I looked into the 2+2 stretch bars, but they are about 3" wider than stock, and I don't want that, it makes for a longer reach when the bars are cranked to the extreme right or left. The "narrow" bar is the same as stock between the grips. Some good posts with pictures here on the forum, of how to install. Most have done the conversion without having to lengthen the wires or hydraulic lines.
