Question zumo to infotainment transfer?

Is it possible? Just got the new bike and have so saved places on the zumo saved. Sure would be nice to transfer over. Tried an internet search and came up with nothing so reaching out here. Thanks!!!

Nobody? I am the only one alive that for years used zumo units and then got a bagger with infotainment and want to transfer?

Geez, thought this was the most popular HD forum....

I too am in the same situation and have researched this extensively and found no way to transfer the data or routes etc. The two systems are completely incapatible.

Can't you just export the GPX file and import it into the boom? I would have to look at my zumo again and see what the file structure looks like but they should be compatible. Whether or not it's an easy thing to do might be another story.

I have never tried it because all my route info was all on my computer and ride planner.

As above, if you can export your routes from the Zumo as a .gpx file then it'll be simple to import to the Boom.

I'd import the .gpx file into Ride Planner (or pretty much any nav software) then you can see the routes and check that they're 100% correct.
If not tweak as necessary and then resave onto a memery stick and import to your Boom.

I must be doing something wrong as I tried this and the Boom did not recognize the files. I'll try again this weekend.

Take they routes into Tyre (GPS software) first then save them out of there to the stick and try it.

Hey, you can't really be so lazy that you can't RTFM? Or use the search function? Already lots of responses on your other post on this subject. Most suggest you RTFM!
