Not to mention that the price went from $41,399 at the top of the page, to $44,399 at the bottom of the page, with nothing in between to justify a $3,000 upcharge.

IT appears the markup is for the gunship gray color...which is nuts. That color looks like primer with a clear coat shot over it.

Geesh I see the new SGS is 26K msrp that's a spread of 4.5 K from the standard SG and a 2K increase over the 17 I just bought.

Nope, that is the standard price for the 2018 Road Glide CVO "Custom Color".

$3,000 "additional ripoff", plus $1,299 for dealer prep, aka "additional ripoff", since the MoCo reimburses the dealership for what they pay their techs for the pre-delivery setup.

$4,299 ripoff.

They can get away with that if there are no other dealers for 200 miles, and the customer doesn't have internet access. Otherwise, it's just gonna **** off prospective buyers. If a retailer will screw you on one item, they'll screw you on every item.

Way over priced looked at one today at my local dealer not a CVO but still 42,000 not me. More power to the riders that can afford them. Don't like any of the new 18 models at all ???
