The last time I was able to get on EZ Brake's website it said something about supply problems. They may well have gone out of business.
I have used Softbrake with good results. Their 1" extended can be used with lowers.

I used SoftBrake.com. extended rear brake and shift pedals. Awesome! Made in USA, fit perfectly. Highly recommend these guys!!

Just realized this is my mistake. Thought you were talking about Softbrake, which makes a rear brake extension.

What?????Does Softbrake really offer the extended brake lever in a wider model????? I too have the HD extended floorboards and find myself pulling my foot in to catch the pedal. A model that not only is extended +2"but +2" wider is exactly what I want, but I didn't see that option on their website.
