I have, a solid edge to Rinehart all around. Neither got me too excited.

the best advice is to go to a bike night and find bikes with the exhaust systems you are looking at. ask the owner to hear the pipes. Harley owners will be more than happy to let you hear their exhaust if you ask.

I have rineharts and to me they sound a lot better than the screaming eagles. of course that's just my opinion.

Yea..going to need to do that. I have Rinehardts but sometimes seems that don't have quite enough bark..I will do what you suggest here in the next couple of weeks. I have not heard a set of SE on a M8 however I heard them on my buddy's 16 103 and seemed to have quite a bit more bark..

My Rineharts have gotten louder with time. The one thing I don't like is all the sound comes from one pipe, the one with the larger inlet of course. I liked the sound of my 3 1/2 inch Rinehart on my Twinkie better

Get rid of the Cat. Then, there is plenty of bark, with the Rineharts.

Rinehart are open core, I don't know the exact size, but the baffles is in the 2 1/4 range and they have zero packing around the baffle. SE have packing and the threw opening is maybe an inch? I think you have the louder of the two already.

For what it's worth, if you want louder than Rinehart's I would look toward's a D&D 2-1.
