More importantly, make sure you get your dealer to document the oil transfer and the dealer can get your name on the MoCo's list....!

Thanks.... He's my good buddy, a Great Dane. We retired him from the show circuit when we got him at 16 months. He was an AKC Champion by 12 months. He's 5 now... I think he prefers hanging in my workshop than strutting around a ring.....

The bike is my '03 Heritage...

I got 2 bikes and 2 Danes.... enough to keep anyone busy!!

At 1000km's I found my trans oil Level at low. My dealer filled it up to max. and said everything would be fine. I'm now at 1600km's (1000 miles) and the trans oil Level ist still at maximum. But I must say that I shift at 2500 and never ever have reved more than 3000 rpm.

I reported in my Glacier post that my trans fluid stayed full after 1700 miles..mostly 2500-3500 rpms with occasionally up to 4K..not sure I'll be running 4-5 K anymore for the most part, mainly because I don't feel the need or desire to very often

that would be total BS but if I can continue to satisfactorily manage it without issue like I have been then so be it until they issue a statement..I logged my complaint with my service manager early on so doing what I can at this point..seriously tho, with the tune I have it doesn't offer up a significant amount of performance past 4K for the type of riding we do, mostly Touring

Welcome back man, and glad you didn't end up pouring tranny fluid in one hole and turkey bastering(?) it out of the other hole for the whole trip!
