It's same the fact that you can't shift though all the gears with the motor and bike stopped unless you rock the bike back and forth.
Thanks Max, Im sure my tranny is fine. I appreciate the great info. I really love my bike... I dont want to mess it up. I did have the dealer put some redline with shockproof in during the 1000. I think that oil is really good. My 10 ultra shifted fine with it. kinda miss the old girl.....

You are probably not the only rider "missing the old girl"!

Same here.. If you just slightly let the clutch out enough to load the trans, it finds the next gear down and so on.

And that gear is a scissor, if I recall. Wonder if there is pumping action there...

Just finished a customers bike that has been having the same issues with transfer. He is tired of messing with HD and said "give it a try and let's see what happens". So I took it apart and did the modification I had done to mine, plus the next step of what I thought might help. He is leaving next week for a 6000 mile trip up to Canada and back across the western USA. He has his funnel, formula plus and video camera all packed up already and said it cannot be any worse than it is now.

His bike is a 2017 RoadGlide 107 with Stage III HD 114 kit with our new TTS200 camshaft. Checked and set all fluids, did a full dyno tune and check again at the end of it. "Zero" transfer this time around. He will be gone for 2 - 3 weeks so we will see how it does on the road when he gets back.

Mine is done will pick it up tonight or tomorrow some time. We shall see.
Pick it up
Replaced O ring Crank/vehicle SPE 11289A
Replaced Top cover gasket Transmis 25700453
Of course new O ring for drain plug.
I know they have a list of things to check while in there.
It took 1350 miles for mile to transfer 1 and 3/4 to about 2 OZ's.
We shall see how it goes.
