I over fill mine and it has all but stopped transferring. Xtra 2 oz. or so and it seems to slow way down. I haven't had to add any oil or drain any out of the POS in the last 800 miles or so. Checked it yesterday morning before I put 130 miles on it for a work commute ride. Will check it before I ride again. Won't ride this morning,,, Okie storms rolling through.

YMMV (Where the 1st M stands for measurement, lol)

By George Psyshack, you may be on to something! You may have found the "Real Fix"! Seriously though, a few weeks back the wife and I were headed out for a 1000 mile ride out to and around the CA coast so I topped off the Tranny a little extra to the bottom of the "F". At this point, I have experienced the least amount of transfer I have ever between both bikes....... This newer 2nd RK has had no "Fixes" done to it yet. It's now into the "A" with about 2700 miles on it. I'm a gonna run it to the bottom of the stick and see what mileage I'm at then. Compared to 14 Oz. in 100 miles on the 1st bike, this is ALMOST tolerable.
So yeah, I did the same thing and it's been close to 4000 miles with no transfer that I can detect. I figure the extra fluid somehow changes how the fluid lands on the pushrod. Or something. Regardless... seems to work.
I'm still going to do the CVO pushrod mod and maybe try out the 2016 actuator. I bet that will reduce the lever effort and provide a larger friction zone.

I was waiting for someone else to state they did the same before I jumped in...

Plus the overflll uses the full quart, so it's a win.. lol, I think..
LP, let us know on CVO pushrod results.
