HD commercials are on all the time on sports networks and of course Velocity.That 750 Street commercial is getting old now.

 

I seen a commercial in a college game Saturday, I didn't think it was a shame, I thought it was cool.

 

Our local dealer have 6 to 8 touring bikes on the floor about a week now and sold couple lately.

 

Wow...... maybe it's a regional thing but I've never seen a Harley commercial until I watched the Louisville Clemson game. Who won btw? I have yet to see a 2018 ultra limited, road glide ultra, or a CVO..... i live in the Chicago area, you'd think there would be one somewhere......

 

Im at about 2,000 miles on my 17' RGS and check the tranny fluid about every 300-400 miles and have not noticed any loss. I do pretty much just cruise around though and rarely ride the bike very hard. I'll probably throw some tracer dye in the fluid at some point just to see if there is any transferring seen while doing services.

 

Noticed the same thing at my dealer. Plenty of open floor space. Almost no 2018 touring bikes.

 

Ive seen a bunch of 18' touring bikes at my local delaer here in San Antonio, probaly 15-20 and this is just a midsized HD dealer. Maybe it's regional, possibly they are shipping to hot climates where the riding season is just really about to begin as opposed to climates where the riding season is about to end in the next few months due to winter/ice/snow.

 

True that, great point I didnt even think about that but it makes sense. Sorry to hijack the thread. Back to tranny migration.
