Thank God Harley does not make Airplanes,,,, Where did I read that? As your front brake rotors make you shake. OOO but there in spec for American made contracted junk. Your last tour you corrected me... All bikes on that run had a warranty issue.

Really?

The dealer checked your fluids and everything is OK? Yeah. I'm sure. Maybe YOU should check your fluids and see if everything is "OK".

There is no difference between the CVO primary/transmission and a 107" primary/transmission. If you really have one that isn't transferring fluid - great, but it has nothing to do with the fact that it's a CVO. I personally wouldn't take the dealer's word that everything is with in spec. You might want to keep an eye on it yourself.

On my 2013 Fat Bob , the transmission fluid was migrating to the primary case through the centre of the mainshaft.

What caused the problem and how was it fixed?

I'm remaining subscribed in hopes of reading of someone's success with this.

Mr. Cole, thank you for your efforts and sharing the results. FWIW, eventually I'll be picking up a good tuner (post warranty) and your TTS will be first choice. Like the folks at Baker Transmissions you're good at pointing out legitimate problem areas and finding fixes. Sometimes.

I was just messing' with ya'..believe me I'm not happy with the QC at all..they'll NEVER be Yamaha in that regard..wife's clutch switch, the one already replaced under warranty fails starting in gear intermittently, and failed in front of the service writer who even admitted they've been seeing problems with them, so he checked it in, next day when tech did his thing and it worked so they said no go, it will have to fail during the 'official inspection' to be replaced again under warranty..so now we're faced with trying to time the failure and get lucky with them...what a total load of crap

Just got off the phone with the service department and he shows that the mythical seal spacer from MOCO shows back orders being filled by 10/3.
The ****? Not pleased by that answer.

I don't know how you guys put up with all these issues, my plans to buy a 17 or 18 are very doubtful now.

I can only speak for myself but I enjoy this bike enough that I'm ok with letting Harley get it right. All it costs me is some time and so far it hasn't been off the road yet.
