Update. I did the quick tune decell adjustment like in the video, problem solved. It was only 55 degrees out Sunday only heard one very slight pop sound in 100 miles of riding so I think it's good to go. I will see if it needs more when weather warms up here in Mi
.

 

It should get better as the temps warm.
Warm= richer, cold= leaner

Just to understand, but had you the decel popping with the KAT still present?
Currently I have only SE cannon 4,5 installed and I have no decel popping; I'm evaluating to install the SE Haevy Breather so is just to know if I have to expect to have decel popping and fix it with a further installation of a fuel tuner like FuelPak 3 or other.

I changed head pipe and filter too. That's when I got the decal popping

 

StevieRay, did you have a chance to perform any Quick tunes? I can share that it did not help my decel pop after two adjustments/quick tunes as described in the video. Going to do a few Autotunes and a data log and get in touch with Jamie as he requested.

 

Mine got a lot better but I need to get some autotunes in also.

My popping happens when I don't roll off the throttle all the way between shifts and the engine is at normal running temps. I may try what the video shows. I have been trying to adjust my riding habits to do the complete roll of on the throttle but sometimes I fall back into old habits.
