RC, vs Rinehart, vs Jackpot Hi Rollers
Trying to decide between RCX, Rinehart Racing and Jackpot Hi Rollers from FM.
I had the V&H Twin Slash on my '15 SGS, so I know how they sound. Thinking I want something different this round.
Going on all stock '17 CVO SG. No intentions of doing anything else.
How do the above 3 slip-ons compare as far as loudness to the V&H's? Quietest to loudest. Online sound clips just aren't doing it.
Thanks

my honest suggestion is to go to a bike night. when you hear a bike sound that you like, go up to the owner and ask him about his set up. Harley owners are real talkative about their bikes. that is the best way to gauge what you may like. Hell more than a few guys would talk about their set up and start the bike up to let me hear it. In fact EVERY person that I have talked to about their setups have started the bike up to make sure I hear it.

Not sure where the jackpots fall in the mix and I have wondered the same question. Having owned several sets of V&H and Rinhart's I observed the V&H to be the louder of the two. Comparison videos of the Jackpots with stock showed a pretty good jump in sound levels. They also come with tuneable cores instead of the three baffle choices they used to offer STD, Quiet and Competition. I would imagine that that competition baffle would have to be up there in volume. Maybe a call to FM would help as they sell all three.

To my ears, the 4" Rineharts had a better sound than the 4.5". The 4.5" Rinehart and V&H both had the "crackle" that I find annoying. The 4" was just very deep sounding at idle and when revved. It's all personal, you have to hear them in person with your engine and go with the ones that sound right to you.
I'm going to go with stock for a while though because they don't sound that bad after 3400 miles.

A friend just put these on his bike and they are awesome. His bike dynoed at 93.5 hp and 115 tq with the cat knocked out and a RS breather and tuned with a power vision.
