Got one with the '14 Limited. So far all I've used it for was to take the bathroom door at a motel off of it's hinges (long story). Tool is better than nothing, but not by much.
For me it made no difference as I have always preferred the Cruz Tools version and/or the ones I put together. My opinion of manufacture supplied tool kits no mater if it was a metric or HD was they were better off tossed in a box in the garage as they more often than not give you busted knuckles, striped heads, nuts etc...
Didn't get one with my 17RGS so I took the one out of my 15 SGS when I traded it in. Dealer wouldn't even offer to give me one after purchasing 2 new bikes from him within 2 years. Like giving away tool kit is gonna bust their budget? Talk about being cheap.
My '15 RGS came with one, but it was a POS. My '17 RGS did not include one. I went to Harbor Freight and put together a small SAE set in a bag for about $20.
My '15 came with one, if you call it that. The swiss army knife thing.
My '17 didn't, so I bought a Snap-On HD tool kit, but it stays at home in the cabinet. I got tired of hearing it bounce around.
I look at it just like my vehicles, they don't come with tools either.

I know Snap On is quality but wow $220? And no torx included or is torx only needed for accessories?
