they do work, but they scratch up easy with certain kinds of cleaners..I have ruined a couple and went to replace one and it's $35 so I bought a little bought of fog free spray to try inside the visor..if it don't work I'll get another pin lock and use a better cleaner

Thanks for the reminder. The one in my Schuberth C3 Pro messed up last year. I need to inspect and order a new one. It would not stay in. I hope it’s not the main shield. Yes they work!
Enjoy

Between travelling for Thanksgiving, moving my household to a storage unit, rain, week-long hard freeze, more rain, travelling for Christmas/New Years, and moving into my new house, the bike has been sitting at 35,002 miles since 11/20/22...
Getting parts together for the 35k mile service. I'm sticking with the Mobil1 20W-50 V-twin engine oil and KN filter. It's been 10k miles since I did the primary fluid, so it's time for that. I'm going the HD 80W-140 heavy synthetic route, replacing the Motul fluid since it's not readily available. I did the steering head bearings and adjustment 10k miles ago as well and I'm considering doing the adjustment again since it is starting to feel 'loose' again.
It's coming up on two years since I replaced the brake/clutch fluid and spark plugs, so those are on the list as well...

You replace your plugs after only two years? I thought they recommended replacing them like around 30k.
eh maybe I was mistaken. every 10k is what google found. I never do my own maintenance work. Don't have the patience for it! lol

I think the manual says 10k or 2yrs, whatever comes first. I'm around 17k and year 5..... still have factory plugs. New ones on the bench to be installed before spring. Same with brake/clutch fluid.
