My original battery took a dump after 4 years so I just replaced it with a Duracell gray case. Bought it at Batteries+ for $169 OTD (10%off buy online, pickup in store).
It's also been 2 years since I last replaced my spark plugs - they looked better this time around but they only have about 7k miles on them, not 20k.
And brake and clutch fluid was due so I did that as well with the reverse bleed syringe method. Also very glad I cut away part of the transmission side cover so I don't have to loosen the exhaust to bleed the clutch. What would be great is converting to cable clutch... That would be nice.

That’s an easy fix…….trade in for a 2021! LoL

Wish I could! These bikes are getting harder and harder to justify. I paid under $20k 4 years ago - that's a thing of the past! I'm just glad this bike is holding up so I don't have to bite the bullet on a new ride.

Replaced spark plugs since it's been two years. The plugs ran from 17,904 miles to 26,399 miles. Overall looked like they did on the first change. Right side plugs corroded most likely to my rain riding and the water not draining. All removed plugs were still within gap spec (between .031"-.035"). All new plugs were also within gap spec right out of the box. Anti-seize on the threads, torqued to 120 in-lbs, and dielectric grease in the boot. Boots and wires were in good condition still.

It's crazy to see two years worth of posts on one page of my thread - used to talk that much about changing my oil!
Well, I'm approaching 30k miles now and got a nail in my front tire. I'll take the good with the bad... I'll have to wait a few weeks to get a new American Elite installed, but my ESP pulls through again! Another $350 claim paid for with minimal questions asked.
First Extended Service Corp. $3250, Brandon $1550.
Rear Tire & tow - $400, $50
Rear Head Gasket & tow - $1600, $50
Front Head Gasket & tow - $900, $50
Front Tire & tow - $350, $50
ESP - $0, $1350

Yeah just not doing much with the bike these days. I ride it when I can but just not doing much else. The Civic gets about 2,500 miles a month and the bike gets about 200 lol.

I have nothing to add…other than at first glance, I thought your screen name was ThePantyPirate… so, I nearly spit out my morning coffee.
