Are folks still using Ride-On?
When I had my Road King Ride-On was all the rage. I used it and everything seemed to be fine. I removed my balancing weights after application and didn't notice a difference, which is what's supposed to happen. And luckily I never got to test its ability to plug tire holes. Ha!
So are folks still using it? Is it applicable to the tires on the new bikes?

I used it for awhile, then stopped after reading in my owners manual not to use sealants as they can cause corrosion on the wheels that could result in air loss..so who knows..made me feel I was possibly using a product that could introduce a problem it was supposed to help prevent....I just decided to trust the manufacturer's guideline as by making that claim they have nothing to gain and it's just possible they may be right..but who really knows, I don't claim to

well maybe I'll go back to it when I replace tires..one of those things that seems like the rewards outweighs the risks..if it ever works once when you need it could save your life..slightly off topic, highly recommend the Harley approved Dunlop American Elite tires over the OEM Dunlops 400 series..I tried them out on my last bike and they perform better and are about $50 less

Based on MY experience FWIW: Anyone reading this thread because they're contemplating the use of Ride-On can rest assured it works, at very least, as an automatic tire balancer. There is NO downside beyond its price and I know of at least 1 HD Dealer who has it in bulk and offers it to customers as an option to weights. It works as advertised up to 100 mph (160 kph), after over a year in the tires, beyond that I have no idea.
