If you have to ask LOL ....... it depends on the dealership, mine has no problem with it. I had this mod on my stock 107 and kept and extra set of standard breather hoses in my bag of tricks when running out of state. With the SE high flow filter, that eliminates the plastic box but keeps the stock cover, it is a little more complicated but I have it covered.

The nuts that secure the barb fittings are on the back of the air cleaner secured with copious amounts of lock-tite as well. I also used silicone fuel line for the hoses which are joined with a brass t and sent down under the bike along the frame rail and then down to the ground.

Could you be so kind as to tell me where you picked up those 90 deg bulkhead barb fittings?

This question is really best answered by a good DYNO guy. Take your bike in and get it DYNO'd, and ask him if it will impact the numbers with putting hot watery/oily into the cold air intake.

Running the vents into the throttle body/ intake has more long term performance issues at hand. As in, the gummed up throttle body, intake ports, oil fouled air filter and and baked on carbon build up on the piston crowns. The slow carbon build up can actually cause some slight compression increases as well as some pre-ignition. So with that said, yea it can very well cause issues. Depending on the severity of the engines' production of said "gunk",this would most likely dictate the extent of any issues .

Really like how you set up your breather. Very professional. Can you give me a list of parts that you used, where you got them & any more pics you may have? Did you end up using a catch can or just a filter?

Great job!! Are your brass 90's threaded on the back with no barbs or is there threads & barbs? Where did you buy your parts from?

What's the best stuff/way to plug the original hole where the tube lead into the throttle body? Someone posted about DONT use any permatex or siicone RTV adhesives because they'll come loose? Drill and tap a set screw? I was planning on just finding the strongest Permatex gasket maker adhesive out there?
