Personally, I think you might be overthinking it a bit. I get snot in the catch can and haven’t noticed ed any issues.

How easy is it to drain the catch can? Can you just unscrew it without removing anything else?

Exactly how I’ve always looked it
Go up or down, depending on the system/kit I built or bought.
Point is either way works.

I don't even remember if I posted my solution on this thread, but here it is.




I've done this to every AC for the past several years. I keep my oil level half full hot so I never get any carryover. Worst I see is some water from condensation burning off during the cooler months. That just wipes off my rear pipe. Never any oil.

Damn man bike looks awesome. Got any closer pics of how you hooked up the hoses? With the breather bolts still installed in the heavy breather body, how are you preventing the intake from pulling air in from the breather bolts?
