Harley Road Glide Chizeled Handlebars?
#11
I have the Black 14" chiseled apes on my bike. 5'8" so I am not as tall as your self. The other day I was sitting on the bike thinking about the bars. The angle for the grips in my mind is perfect. I did a couple of tests. Arms at side and raise them up to handlebar height and didn't need to twist the hand to grab the bars. Very comfortable IMO. The answer for you is to sit on the bike hold your hands up to the height you want and see which is better, 16 or 14. I do feel you will like the bars
I'll do that. Unfortunately HD doesn't appear to make a 16" in these bars.

I inquired about them and my dealer suggested that i go a different route. He said the wrist is in a weird bind with the down slope and pullback of them. I dont know as i never tried them but he suggested the factory 47 malo 14" so now i dont know to go with yaffe 12 or malo 14.....

I personally love my chizeled bars ... the biggest difference with them is the width grip to grip from most apes I looked at. Lots of buddies have gone with Malo, Road6, Yaffe on their '15+ FLTRXs and I liked the narrower width between the grips. Definitely go find a few different ones and feel them out for yourself. I'm 6'5 245 but pretty skinny for someone of my height which is why these bars feel good for me. If you're a lets say "bigger" person side-to-side, then it would definitely feel better for you to go with a wider bar.
