Question Git Kit?

Still trying to determine if I should buy the kit (54000008) or the two shocks (54000093 & 54000094) separate and save $46? The two shocks separate are $402 and the kit is $448!

Exclamation

If I can get the same shocks for $46 less, I will put the $$$ towards upgrading the cartridges in the front!

- Are they the same?

I did a search and never found the kit except for the 14 to 16's. Here is a listing for the shocks. They come in 12" and 13" as did the previous years.

Probably safer too, from what I can find in parts lists the 008 kit is the older version, not the new 2017 shocks.

anybody install the standard Ultra M8 shocks (54000093 & 54000094) to their M8 Special to get an extra inch of travel?

any issues when riding?

I would say screw all the HD part numbers and buy Ohlins, Legion or Pro-Action. More money but much better options. I have riden three M8's on test rides. I can tell you my Pro-Actions are MUCH better.

I cant get Pro Actions for 358 bucks though
and I do agree they are probably no definitely much better
But for some of us looking to get out of the terrible airshocks now the HDs will probably be alot better than what we got
