the service and electrical manuals are definitely subscription. and being in the us, you can't get a subscription, seems to be only for the eu (I looked to see how much it would cost). you can get access to the parts manuals, and the owner's manuals. as far as wiring diagrams, I wonder if they are considering it part of the parts manual. scroll down toward the end, it is listed as 'wiring diagram....' not what most of us would consider a true 'wiring diagram' but, I guess it's better than nothing.

Interesting. I can see the wiring diagrams for my 2011 Sporty, in glorious technicolor, but would have to subscribe to get access to the manuals. As I already have them for all of my bikes I will probably not subscribe.

they showed the wiring diagrams up to the 2016, but not the 2017. it would not allow me to subscribe, as I am not in the eu. not that I would anyway, but was just curious as to how much the subscription was. did you check the cost?

TonyGisCWO4, what part number(s) did you buy? Did you buy 54000093 & 54000094 separately? Or did you get the 54000008 kit?

I am trying to determine if you used the new M8 shocks? I am also trying to determine if the 54000008 kit has both 54000093 & 54000094 in the box? Or is the 13” M8 shocks a bit different than the 13” shock from 54000008 that have been available prior to the release of the M8?

I am trying to find an answer to ron1026’s original question. I thought I was on the wrong thread when I started reading about manuals.

Thanks, Shimaze

Exclamation Help!

Anyone know if the if the M8 13" uses 54000008?

Anyone know if the rear shocks (54000093 & 54000094) that are standard on the new touring models the same as the HD hand adjustable premium shocks (54000008), or are they something completely new?

Has anyone tried these shocks: 54000093 & 54000094, on their Rushmore or Non Rushmore bike?

Both are in the kit. Same PN but the label on the shock is different; Prior had scale of Low/Med/High, new scale is numbered 5, 10, 15 and 20 with 3 additional tick marks so you know where you are adjustment wise and don't have to be riding down the highway thinking about it..LOL. Took pictures today right before test ride of a Limited. Operator's manual has new adjustment chart set up in a
table where you look at the rider's weight and follow it across to appropriate additional weigh carried and you will have the appropriate clicks. Not sure if it has more capacity or just more adjustment. Either way I like it better, wish I had known before pulling the trigger but still happy.
