My m 8 is in shop now for oil light, replaced sender,on test ride the oil light came on,called factory they said replace oil pump, they are waiting for part, oil pump part number said obsolete. Superseded to a new number
Jumped on bike with wife to head out for an evening ride after work. Made it to corner and Oil light pops on, hit display says 1psi I didn't even know it could read PSI on the M8. Then it went to 2 dash's then add oil. Check oil its below the add marks. And I see oil at base of cylinders. Dealer just came and got it. I have 9800 miles and have no issues till now 2017 Road Glide Ultra.
this is what it did between the 1psi and add oil. Everything read fine last time we were on it.
well that sucks bad..glad it didn't self destruct with you and your wife on it at highway speeds! I'm sure they will get you taken care of..keep us posted please

I guess I am not up to date, but when did HD switch back to a psi reading instead of the 'OK' oil pressure reading? It's a good thing, that's why I am asking...

According to everything I know the PSI is gone, and I never had a reading just the OK till this happened thats why I took the pic dealer had no idea it could still pop a PSI reading up.
