Anybody else have these issues ?

If you look at the vehicle info screen on the radio it will show EITMS as Enabled or Disabled. If EITMS is Enabled, the screen will change to Active when the EITMS shuts down the rear cylinder.
Others have already explained how to enable/disable EITMS. You can also read your owners manual. If you did not get a manual then you can view it here https://serviceinfo.harley-davidson....9659&id=202754

Default 2017 Street Glide 107

Going through motor oil like mad.
I had put 3qrts in between 1000 mile and 5000 mile checkup.
I am currently at 5500 miles and am almost a qrt low again. Air filter is soaked with oil and had a small puddle in the throttle body.
Dealership says it's because I am lugging the motor. I shift into 6th gear at 55-60 mph. Dealership says I shouldn't even use 6th gear unless I'm running at least 70. Manual says shift to 6th at 55.
Trans fluid is just hitting the tip of the stick to.

Not surprising, but the dealership doesn't know what they are talking about. Next time, try another dealership. Maybe, they will be more knowledgeable.

3 quarts of oil in 4,000 miles. I would be demanding a compression test.

agree..then when you run it hard in high temps it'll puke through the breathers and the dealer will say you're running it too hard..so many idiots working there that are supposed to be subject matter experts

1,400 miles on mine. Only problem was when thecdealer installed the batter tender lead, they didn't tighten the ground nut. So, it took a tow truck ride for another dealer to figure that out.

The only other issue is that the motor revs to 5K in each gear too quick when I get on it.

BTW....with the torque in this monster, 1st gear could be a bit taller.

I was tempted to trade my M8 on a brand new 2016 road glide ultra CVO today. Local dealer had a brand new one....... she was beautiful. He said it was worth 40 something thousand.... I said no, it's a 16 and still here. I was surprised that they didn't have any 2018 ultra limited or road glide ultra on the floor..... very surprised

I wouldn't have taken that old leftover CVO for $30,000. Your M8 107 should be just as powerful as the TC110.

Brake aggressively for a couple thousand miles. Eventually he warping will be out of spec and they'll be warrantied.

at least that's what a "friend" told me. He got all three rotors replaced. That was just 8,000 miles after both front and rear wheel bearing sets replaced.
