Default Lifters

Finished the build put 1000 miles on break in and once again this is the 2nd time Fueling 4000 lifters either one or two, probably same two collapsed it happened before sent them back they rebuilt them after saying "yea you had 2 bad ones" So maybe I screwed up using those lifters so advise would be greatly appreciated. On which ones to replace those with. Just in case I did pump lifters up and kept them in a vacuum chamber prior to installation.Fueling 405 cam, Fueling HP oil pump and cam plate, Fueling solid push rods, Fueling 4000 lifters Fueling gorilla rocker shafts and stud kit S&S intake manifold non ported and polished, Tab 2-1-2 headers, Rinehart 4” slip on’s

No problems with the S&S lifters that I used when I put the 475 cam in my 114 Fatboy.

Default Breather issue

Me again, since my build, put 1000 miles on it and last week it started to make lifter noise again 2nd time with the fueling lifters, 1st time i sent them back to fueling they found 2 lifters bad rebuilt them sent them back. Now its happened again. This is my *** up here I installed a catch can set up which I thought was a ingenious set up for the trike based on the catch can assembly from DK, but in my routing of the main line I routed it where it got pinched behind the breather and it was pinched all the way, stupid me should have checked thoroughly the routing but I failed. My question is what would be the symptoms of a blocked breather vents from both cylinders, I had both teed into one then routed a single line to the catch can.? Thanks in advanced, PS and I am upgrading to the woods 22x cam. when I installed the 405 can it was before the 128 upgrade from the catastrophic failure of the #1 cylinder and piston. I had no intentions of making a hot rod trike but it was economically cheaper to go with the 128 then back with Harley stock.Fueling 405 cam, Fueling HP oil pump and cam plate, Fueling solid push rods, Fueling 4000 lifters Fueling gorilla rocker shafts and stud kit S&S intake manifold non ported and polished, Rinehart slip ons Fuel Moto 128 big bore kit 10:75-1 , Tab 2-1-2 headers with 18mm ports for wide band o2's
