OK, here is the deal....

I'm 31 years old, I'm from Brooklyn, NY, I like to ride, but I don't know enough riders. Two of my very best buds ride with me, but with busy lifestyles we hardly get a weekend to ride together.

I want to create a mailing list of riders around the area (Brooklyn, Staten Island, Queens, Bronx, Long Island etc.), so I can notify anyone that might be interested on going on a ride via e-mail.

There are 7 to 10 guys in Jersey. 5 or 6 of us have ridden together, and we've looked to add more. Check out the Weird NJ post in the Northeast section.

I'm an ex-Brooklyn boy myself. Brighton Beach, then Staten Island. Spent a lot of time in Bensonhurst and Bay Ridge. Now where all grown up SI'ers live, in Jersey. My brother and two of my buddies live and ride out of SI and they're tight with Mike Lombardi.

I never knew you were from LI (87)low...

 

Yup another LI rider here (Suffolk ) Not much into city riding unless it's a big event , do most of my riding on the east end of the Island usually with about 15 to 20 other bikes on a decent day . Post up a thread if you ever come out this way or shoot me an email through the site .

Actually, I'm in Astoria and LI all the time. My in laws live in Massapequa and own apartment buildings in Astoria, just off Astoria Boulevard. For some reason I thought you were upstate NY.

A NY/NJ HDForums ride definitely has got to get scheduled. We NJ guys already ride together some.

Some of us LI guys had a few greet & meets.One ride which I missed,the guys met up with Billy Joel on his OCC bobber.
Yea bro we need to get something worked out for when the better weather kicks in.

 

Another Long Island based rider here. I tend to do most of my riding upstate and out of state where the rides are much more scenic than on this flat, traffic choked island. But I'm pretty much up for a group ride just about anywhere.

 

I am in Rockland County. Like NY Deuce said I prefer riding north. North Jersey MOUNTAIN REST is always a fun place to check out some bikes and catch a band and have a couple of beers. also the HAWKS NEST is a real nice ride. I sometimes on a week day only, take a ride to the shore (Point Pleasant). I'd be upfor some group rides.

 

Haven't been to the Hawks Nest in a while,,,,,,,,,,still there huh?
