I'm from the Gr. Rapids area. depending on the time and lcoation, you can count me and my 17yr son in. He rides too.

 

Royal Oak. This place is a destination for alot of Metro bikers. Tuesday nights in the summer is un-official bike night. Down town gets pretty packed by 8 P.M. Might I suggest my favorite biker friendly establishment? GUSOLINE ALLEY on center st.(1 blk. W. of Main btw. 3rd. and 4th) to any body who happens to drop into town. Elvis tends bar there most nights. As far as a group ride I would be happy to join the pack. P.S. Heads up for the R.O.P.D. they've been known to give swine a bad name.

 

Not to shoot down any other suggestions, but should we be looking for something in a central middle of the state and on a weekend. No way I can make it to Detroit on a Tuesday night. Sure would be nice to get something going in MI this summer.

 

I suggest we meet in Birch Run and ride the thumb.

 

I have to agree, centralize the meet and do it on a weekend otherwise most won't be able to make it. Alma looks pretty much in the center of the lower. How about 6/23 meet in Alma?
