Thumbs up GA - Wolf Pen Gap Run on 7/19

Meet up in Cumming like before or someplace else? Time? Route up? Stop and eat where? Turner's Corner? Go into Helen but just not hang out there so long so that maybe we can take a more scenic route back or at least more leisurely? Say your piece and let's ride!

Cool! We usually leave Newnan around 8:00AM and meet up along 400 somewhere, usually Cumming. In the past, if I recall correctly: wind our way over to Hwy 9 (Mr. Wizard knows a scenic back way) to Dahlonega or simply go up 400 a little ways further and hit Hwy. 9; take that into Dahlonega; from there take 9 (also hwys 60 and 19) up to where 60 branches off to Suches; and then take 180 up and over Mt. Vogel to 129; then down to 75. We can catch lunch at Turner's Corner or head on over to Helen. My vote is for Turner's Corner. Looking at the map, we could then take 115 over to Cleveland back to down to 400. Or not? Got another idea? Let's hear it.

I'm free so I'll put it on my Calendar as well. Anyone riding over from the west side?

That's great Bill. Is your lovely bride feeling any better after her fall, wasn't it?

Thanks GG, Yes she is doing much better. The cut is healing nicely just a thin line above her left eye.

Looking forward to the 19th.

Glad to hear it Bill. Alex, glad you're going to make it too. I dropped a note to Ben, Chris, Andre, Mark and Gordon to see if they have any interest.
