Florida / Georgia Spring Meetup Poll
The GPS route files for our trip are complete. For those of you that have GPS units that can store Route files, you can download the Ride Pack Here.
These files are in the .GPX exchange format which should be compatible with most brands of GPS units.
The 9 files contained in the ZIP file are the final release of the set we will be using. Since your GPS likely only stores 10 Route files you can leave off loading any of the 3 files who’s name starts with “X-“ if you need the space. The use of these 3 is a lower probability than the others.

Based on the (closed) poll, it's the first week of May by a landslide. That would seem to make it Sat. May 2nd through Sunday May 10th. I'm assuming many of the FL Crew will be going up for the week and some that live closer just for a (long) weekend.
Hey Gang, For those that have not made your reservations yet, I thought I would post up my reservation confirmation from the Abby Inn as it contains our Room Rate info, Total Cost and other pertinent details.
Please specify you are part of the FL Crew when you make your reservation. ( Sorry Ga folks, no slight intended )

Check In Date: 05/03/09 - Sunday Check Out Date:05/08/09 -Friday
Nights: 5 Adults:2 Children: 0 (smoking double)
Room Price: (49.00 x 5) less 10%

Deposit Received: 00.00
Balance Due at check-in: 244.76
Notice To Guests
CHECK IN is at 3 PM; CHECK OUT is at 10 AM.
DEPOSITS apply to last portion of reservation.
REFUND of deposit will be made (minus $10.00 service fee) if notice to cancel is made at least 10 days before arrival.
NO REFUNDS given on early departure unless room can be re-rented for entire period reserved.
ROOM capacity is 4 people. Room for unannounced guests not guaranteed.
CHILDREN under 10 years of age stay free.
There is a $5.00 charge per day per extra person 10 years or older.

Admitting that there is a problem is the first step to recovery Karen.I'm behind ya all the way.
It doesn't matter to me I'll go both weekends. Less than 2 hour ride from my house. I'm going to the Outer Banks somewhere in that time frame so let's decide and do some riding. This is already starting out like it did last year.
