Very sorry to have bailed on you cHarley and the rest of the guys and gals, but Todd and Carol only have limited vacation time and with the weather not being as cooperative as we had hoped for today and tomorrow at least, we just decided to head South a bit in the hopes of running into less weather and still get some riding done. Thank you for all the effort you put into this cHarley and sorry we are missing out. I hope there are no hurt feelings.

We're glad we are still going to get to mark some time with you FL Crew folks albeit in a different city and a different group. Todd and I are heading out shortly to meet up with Paul in Macon and head on into to Savannah where we plan to ride the coastal roads, eat, drink and be merry. Already found a nice ride up from Savannah through Beaufort SC and out to Hunting Island. Me, Todd and Carol will all be heading back to work on Thursday.

Redman headed on back home to save his vacation for another time. Hope you made it safe.

Paul got together with UltraBrian last night at a Hooter's in Macon and if the call I got from them was any indication, had a fabulous time swapping "war" stories. Brian is headed back over to where Paul is this morning with his wife Mia to have breakfast with Paul and keep him company until we get there.

You FL Crew folks heading into Savannah, we look forward to having lunch with you on Monday. Ride safe everyone and best regards.

Thumbs up

Just wanted to let you wimpy guys from the FL Crew that bailed out on the Maggie trip because of the weather know that you really blew it.

NOAA has revised Mondays rain forecast down from 60% to 30% and Tuesday is now at 20%. All of last week up here was at 30% and I never saw a drop, so I think we're in for some great riding the next few days.

It Twisted Time...

Missed you guys on Monday, let me know your itinerary for the next few days. I rode in to the Abbey Inn, they said you left out at 7:00 this morning.

2 Beers has not checked in yet, guess he is on his way to the Abbey Inn.

Sorry we missed meeting up with you, we just opted for some riding on the coast versus risking two days off with all that rain up in the mountains, been there and done that; but glad it is working out for those of you who have more vacation and could hang in for the good weather. We're only 2 hours from Maggie Valley, and easy for us to get up there; but we don't get to the coast that often, so it worked out really well for us and it was sunny throughout the whole time.
