Odd how that happens sometimes. I've got a phone that's gettin' a little slippery to hold onto.

10-4, Roger. Wilco. Sounds great! Maybe we'll see bulldogmoe7 out running around, programming his new GPS!

We're bringing them with to Maggie Valley on Sunday morning. If it works for ya, cool. If not, don't push it on our account.

I did mention the wifey is on the back seat for this trip, didn't I? You know me ... that'd only be a 3yr ride.

Actually, she's a trooper, but I stop every 75miles to be kind. Happily Married beats Not Happily Married. We're supposed to spend the afternoon in Sautee Nacoochee, so I'll be in a little hot water, but not bad.

I am also checking the weather for Maggie....and it says
BRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR RRRRRRR
better bring ya long johns folks...it's still in the low 30's and 40's at night....
I think 31 was the low for tonight...and we're only like 2 weeks away....

Overnight: Areas of frost after 3am. Otherwise, mostly clear, with a low around 31. Light south wind.

Yep, old man winter seems to be hanging around a bit longer than usual this year.

Historical data for the area during the first of May puts temps in the 46 - 68 range. That of course is for Maggie Valley. Climb up on the BRP to 6000 ft. and it will get a whole bunch cooler.
