ok i am doing the happy dance now, tell her congrats from us and that is awesome she got it and the time off. now lets ride!!!OK... I know this is partly off topic.. but.. I'm stoked all over again..
Brenda just got hired on a new job.. after being let go since December~ We were worried that once she got back into the workforce, she wouldn't be able to get this time off in May~ Well, after her interview, this morning, she let them know about our plans and they gave her the job and the go ahead for May! They said since she was upfront about it from the get go, it will not be a problem~ So not only is she back to work...starting Monday.. we're still good to go for this trip! YeeeeeeHawwww!!

Big congratulations to Brenda and you both, Greg. That's awesome about the new job and the fact they are cooperative about the time off!
cHarley, Gordon (back again) said he would have to wait until the last minute on this one. I think he will be there and he said finding a place to stay wouldn't be an issue for him. But he's flying by the seat of his pants. And I'm going to bug John TN about this one again too as I know he likes that area alot an has some family there.

Several are meeting at my place Sunday AM for the ride up. 5/3 Since we are on the north side any that want to hook up here is fine. We could hook up with Gordon on the way up too.
C and I are returning the afternoon of the following Wednesday. 5/6
We have a house sitter they will care for our dogs so we are good to go.
cHarley and Paul and GGi...We will be staying at the Abby Inn so if you guys want to pencil that on your list.
