Wife's new ride. (new HH Rider)
Very quietly Patti and I have been trying to get our ducks in a row. \\;Patti took her beginner's MSF course and passed with flying colors. \\; This was her very FIRST time on a motorcycle without a place for her arms to wrap around something big and fat.
 \\;
The class used \\;Kawasaki \\;Eliminator 125cc bikes to learn their drills and Patti immediatly thought that was going to be her first bike to start with. \\;Everyone we know was talking her out of that small of a bike. \\;Her mind was then set on a 250cc class bike.
 \\;
Again folks spoke up with discouragement and pleaded that she get something bigger. \\;All of you with a wife know exactly what I was going through.
 \\;
To make a long story a lot shorter, we drove the cage to Jacksonville and purchased Patti's starter bike. I drove it the 76 miles home in the pouring rain (lightning and thunder too):

Patti rode 34 miles today without mishap and actually out on the road behind me for a bit (no video of that).

I am Very VERY proud of her!!!!!!!

Congrats!!!! Its not about what you ride but that you ride!!!!! My wife (who is also a Patti) went from the MSF class to a,
Rebal 250 to a
SV650 to a
Vstar 650 to a
Ninja 250 to a
FZ6 then back to a
Ninja 250
 \\;
She feels better on the 250 and she keeps up with me on my Road King and FJR so as long as she is happy we all will be happy!
