wow did i stire it up. i have a just a bad taste of florida lately cant wait to get out of here. i understand there is crime everywhere. there are so many great places here in florida. i have met many great people. living here in pinellas county it feels like an island of idiots. basically it is an island. to drive in a work truck all day long i see so many different drivers from many different area(states) people dont care about anybody else here. they cut you off to get the 2 sec lead on you. cut three lanes over to get to that exit. customer service at just about anyplace just absolutly sucks. the impression i get here about this place is "me me me me me". i am trying to offend anyone at all here. you guys are great bunch of people. there are great people out there even here in pinellas county.

Hey Dave,

All forgiven! You just hit a nerve with me when you called it a cesspool. I have lived on the Big Lake (Okeechobee) all my life. I love my small town life style. Yea, no money here. But the best things in life can't be bought.

All is good man!

Let's get back to the rally. Is it time yet?

Amen, besides Dave we all think you're one of the good people here in Florida.

Is it time yet?

BTW, that's my great, great grandfather Andrew Jackson Strickland. Born 1832 Leon County, FL. A veteran of the Florida Second Cavalry in the War of Northern Aggression.
Looks a lot like my great (several time) grandfather Davis from Adams County Ohio, lived to be 113 years old.

Probably what I did leave out was my parents did retire and move to NC about 20 years ago, seems like all the real natives end up in NC. The good thing is it's close to some good rides for charley and I. No problem bulldog, some of us Floridians are proud of our roots and have learned to deal with the transplants as hard as it can be at times.

Maybe we should change gears and pick on those Jahjaw folks for a while.

Dave, before you migrate I think you should know about a Florida geographical oddity. Only a few major river flow north. The Nile being the most famous and our St. John's.

Question: Why does the St. John's river flow north?
