Sorry I've been MIA. Big shake-up at work, new upper management (2 VPs), a new Director, with us managers being held to task on all new ways of getting things done.

I had to lay-off a couple of folks, and for those who know me, this kind of thing is not well installed in my personality. I've had two solid weeks of 12-hour days.

ANYWAY: Man I can't wait for this rally! Last year's place is fine with me, and I am doing back-flips with excitement that we'll have some Hellions heading down!!!!!!

Any Florida folks interested in trying to meet the Hellions at the state line? I would like to organize some sort of escort. Patti just might be able to ride her new scoot to Ocala, which means I have to re-think the beer bus. Patti & I want to take a dry-run to Ocala (Sept-Oct) so she gets a feel for longer rides.

I owe Murph a phone call for a couple more surprises we are trying to organize.

This whole thing might have to be a 3-day event next year. It just keeps getting better!!!!!

Brian hasn't met the beer wagon yet. I KNOW he will appreciate it. I will share that Brian has a unique reputaton with the Helen Hellions that I have instantly gotten a kick out of.

His absense was present during the Dragon run in June, and I have been warned to keep a socket set and cookie dough away from him. (for completely different reasons).

I can't wait to meet Brian (in person), and trust me gang, the fun meter just got cranked-up.

Ok. I have no idea about keeping socket sets away from me, but frozen cookie dough, yea, may want to leave that in the grocery isle.

(edit) But seriously. I'm wanting to take longer rides from my house and I can't think of a longer and definately BETTER ride than going to this Rally. Read ALOT about it from last year and looking forward to it this year!
