Newbie to the Forum here. Haven't had the pleasure of riding with any of y'all yet. Count me in for the festivities and the ride, but I won't need a room. I live about 4 minutes from the motel. If you need me to take care of anything local let me know and I will see what I can do.

We already have a requirement for 38 rooms and that is just from the people who have responded so far. I suspect we may need 60+ rooms by the time everyone gets on-board.

Yes, I am available to do some leg work if it is needed. Let me know how I can help out. There are several motels on that end of town, some look OK, some not so OK. I have never stayed in any of them, so I can't really comment.
