I spoke with John TN tonight and the rally is trying to get two hotels signed on to give special rates to those attending this event: The Smokehouse Campground and Motel and also the American Eagle Motel in Monte Eagle. He also said he is trying to organize a charity ride for that Friday before the rally officially starts. So those of us planning to make this trip and can take the time off, might want to travel up on Thursday afternoon, and stay the three days for the ride and rally and plan to return on Monday. Sounds like it will be a very good time.

They're trying to get them signed on to the event, but nothing is official yet. There are good and bad reviews for both. If I can get a head count of how many people think they want to go, I'll be happy to contact either hotel and see what sort of rates we might be able negotiate.
