i will be there it is not a good thing for Motorcycles and Owners to be banned blocked from any public street or function
what will be next Bikers will be Banned from Raising Money for toy runs ect i will be there with my camera and my bike
5 PM is the time i will be there and stay till its over ... will the city allow every person who wants to speak to do so ? I dont think that the
city meeting room is large enough to accomandate the amount of Bike Owners that will show up and that may be a Dramatic moment
i would hope that over 1,000 Bikers show up ....

Well, it's good news for now. It'll be interesting to see what happens in 90 days or so. Many Thanks to those that showed. We, as bikers, have to fight this BS anywhere it shows up. And most excellent letter, 06FXDBI, kudos on the fine writing skills.

 

Sorry... I live here and don't see this as a victory. A few months ago I was idling down A1A (beach) while smoking a cigar and got a ticket ($75)for loud pipes in Ocean Ridge (next town north of Delray).
I now drive AROUND Ocean Ridge.

I see the same things happening here. I'm a 52 year old, law abiding, insurance carrying,professional and a trustee in a local Chamber of Commerce and now I have to sweat as I idle/roll by a police officer with my clutch in. Glad I kept my stock pipes. But I love the cadence of my pipes!

BTW... I'm running Vance and Hines Big Shot Staggered.
