I can do either camping or hotel. I don't have a lot of camping gear but have been looking at getting some. So this is an opportunity for that. If the majority want to stay in a hotel I'm ok with that too, but if the campground is close and there is an option I'll camp.

Probably just gonna be me.

 

Hotel sounds good to me, either coming alone or the wife may change her mind if we get a hotel.

I prefer camping, but I prefer traveling light even more...hauling the tent and gear on a ride is the issue.

Me and my fiancee will be going (with the fiancee reserving the right to back out at any time) as for me, I will ride. [sm=biker2.gif]

I just thought of this, you may be way ahead of me. How about incorporating the Ocala HD dealership with our get together? Maybe the local HOG chapter will help host. They have plenty of room for bands and such, maybe we cansupport a local charity ride with them if we can use their space.

I know, I know, things get out of control quickly, and I don't know who is helping you out with all of this. But our brothersin Ocala may have some good ideas to help with finer details.

Like I said, just a thought.

Thanks Poorboy for the suggestions. I'm always open to suggestions. Someone will always think of things I miss. Once we have a location, everything will move a lot quicker.

 

guys you dont know me but im a customer at ocala harley I also have known the general manager for about 8 years everybody needs to get together & come up with some dates when everybody can get together .i will go to the general manager and ask if we can camp out on the back area .but i need dates that dont interfeer with any avents he may have scheduled.pm me if you must just let me know jeff wright!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anything to help, let me know. Ocala NF is a great place for a rally, sceinc backroads,small towns to "invade",and not too far from Daytona either if that's a thought for aride.
