Default Riders age

I looked around to find the appropriate place to pose a question like this and really couldn't find one. So if I'm way off base just please excuse me. I was out riding today and it just crossed my mind what the age was for some of the "older" riders on this forum. I am 75 and just wonder how many we have here that age or older? I hate to say "elderly" but I guess that's what I'm saying. I don't feel old but I guess I'm getting there. How many riders do you have here that are my age or older? Just curious. Been at it for 50 years + and hate the day coming when I have to give it up. Currently I ride an '06 Ultra Classic.

I hope to be riding when I'm 75. I have 18 more years to get there.

Good for you....I'm midway through level 6 and likewise have been riding for 50+ years. We all age differently. I hope to be riding for many more years but if I start having too many "oh s**t moments, I'm done

I am a few months shy of 75 from Florida and recently completed a 3-1/2 week 3400 mile trip solo thru the North Carolina-Tennessee Smokey Mountains along with the Midwest and the Southern states

There isnt an “age” - I know guys still on the racetrack 65+ years old. Its more of a total health package kind of thing. My pops stopped riding when he was 61 - he never had great hand eye coordination in the first place, then it started to deteriorate as he aged. Thankfully he was wise enough to realize it and hang it up.

Conversely I know some guys 75+ that are sharp as tacks and nimble as hell.

YMMV.

Would love to still be riding at 75. 54 years away from that.
Started riding a cheap sportster at 16 and upgraded to an Ultra Classic.

87 here, I started riding at age 72 started on a husang 250 then a Yamah T-max 500 HD Sportster 1200XL & now a FREE WHEELER 103 for 4 Yrs. no health problems. Trike is just safer for me to ride. I ride about 6-7,000 a yr. some long distance.
