Default Hiccups

Recently my fuel injected 01 Duece has started hiccuping at a constant velocity around 2000 to 2500 rpm. Doesn't matter what gear it is in. It occasionally happens when taking off from a dead stop. At any other rpm it seems to run fine, actually it runs very well. Does anybody know what might cause the to happen?

Deuce, my 2000 fuel injected FLH started that about 60k miles and it turned out the voltage regulator was going bad/spiking 14 to 16 volts. Your problem could be caused by other things as well I am sure, but you might want to check the regulator. My regulator fried the ECM and a couple of sensors costing a few bucks to make right. Good Luck.
