It seems there is no Customer Service after the sale here. I have sent an email regarding the problem with the work and yet no one has bothered to respond. I now have a seat that has two points sticking out like a sore thumb.

 

If you have emailed us we have replied. I would suggest checking your spam filter or maybe the return email address is incorrect but I can promise you if you have emailed us we have replied to your email. But I have to ask, why email us when you can call us toll free 866-550-SEAT(7328)? We want every customer happy with our work and if there is a problem we want to get it taken care of ASAP!

 

I will call next week and see if we can fix this.
