Default 08 mustang seat for xl1200c

I have a mustang daytripper that recently took a ride on the pavement. I'm wondering what my options are for reworking it? I like the position of this seat but it could be a little softer. I guess my question is can you make it softer and recover this seat. It would need a little repair but depending on how you do things it might not be that bad. I've attached a picture so you can see what I'm talking about. Thanks in advance.

Notta problem. Softer and a new fresh cover we can do with no problem. Email me allen@meancitycycles.com or call 866-550-7328 and we can discuss fixing her back up.
