Corbin Wide Glide

RE: Corbin Wide Glide
Hi,
I took your advise and called corbin. during the conversationI learned something. They do not warrenty anything unless bought from their store. ( I guess they are trying to kill their dealer network.) I, like most of us are trying to save some bucks, so I bought from an out of state dealer to save the sales tax and get free shipping on high dollar orders. Here is the catch according to corbin"s Florida store: "corbin warrenties are only for the original owner. Which they say is the dealer, not you or me. so in order to get my seat fixed it must first go to the sellingdealer, then corbin. Then if in corbin's opinion the seat needs to be recovered that's another $240.00. So if you don't buy from corbin direct as I did with my first seat back in 1995 you have been had. I have bought my last seat from them. I would rather have Allen do his majic on a much cheaper seat
