There’s no reason we can’t be civilized.
There are some aftermarket solutions out there for at least two of your concerns; Corbin makes a proper 2-up seat for the original LiveWire that should theoretically be much more comfortable for a passenger. Can't find anything like a passenger backrest though.
TPMS can be added to any bike by using a FOBO system.

However, if you were looking for those things direct from the factory, the LiveWire S2 Mulholland does have TPMS and it does have a passenger seat with backrest option in the catalog. The seat looks reasonably wide as compared to the driver seat; the backrest sissy bar looks very short and the backrest pad looks pretty small, but hey, at least the option exists. Might be a while before you see a used Mulholland though, they just started shipping them last month.

it depends... you know, the price might be good, but on the other hand, a live wire? that sounds a bit dangerous. who knows what condition it's in and if someone has already tampered with it. I wouldn't risk it because safety is the most important thing. if something happens, you'd end up kicking yourself for trying to save a few bucks

Best regands 😊

No. I would buy a older Sportster first.

With regards to the Livewire, does "New Coke" or other notable colossal failures ring a bell? My 2008 pictured is now 16 years old. It's appearance here is what happens when you treat them right.
