Great customer service.
I thought I'd post a quick note to tell about my recent experience with J&M.
I bought the 4ch 500W amp but had a very specific configuration on my bike. The cables that normally ship with the amp would not work the way I planned. After a couple short email exchanges, they made me a cable to solve my problem at no extra charge. Hooking it all up according to their instructions it worked exactly as I wanted. I was really impressed how it all went together so easily.
But... after I installed the unit I was seeing some intermittent problems with the power. Every so often the power would cut out. Trying to trouble shoot it I asked John for his opinion, he told me to return the amp and he'd send a replacement. I didn't even ask for that or imply it was the amp. He just replaced it. Turns out it wasn't the amp but my power switch wasn't making a proper contact. The problem wasn't the amp at all.
So I can say J&M is the BEST company I have ever dealt with for customer service. Oh, and the amp kicks ***!!
