A lot of people have said so. I got it fairly cheap as an experiment to see if I liked it. The jury is still out…lol. That full fender weighs a ton, and isn’t original to the bike, which is an XLX. It came with a small front fender like the chrome one, but painted black.

 

Just my 0,2 cents, but I like this one!



I like the 65-72 rear light too (nothing wrong the one you have now though).

 

Turnout was off a little from past years, but there were some nice bikes to see.

My 78 XLH. She's original except for the Cobra seat, Cycle Electric gennerator, and Pingle petcock. Also someone probably pulled off the AMF stickers on the tank the day it was brought home.

I touched up the engine paint and put the stock tank back on it today.

 

Just got her in March.1969 XLH. One owner(I’m the second). 19,000 miles, most of which was put in the first 3-4 years.
motor’s not turning over, though.

 

Think im ganna put either narrow apes or drag bar on it instead.
