A buddy of mine asked me to check out a 74 Ironhead.
What are the parts that I really should check before letting him buy the bike.

I know how a bike works, but it's always easier if you know what to look for

1. The title (and matching VINs)
2. The cases, especially in the transmission area (cracks/repairs).

Might want to double check on the reality of a right side shifter.
