started out like this



clutch had a problem so we took it out and change the whole thing




stripped her bare




started to mock up her tail end











then we tripped her totally bare!

and we found out that the neck wasnt aligned! i think the previous owner had a fall or something



we make a make shift jig for her just to fix her up loose the weld on the top tube to the cast iron neck and hammered the down tube a bit and used a laser to check it was straight but not perfect though but tolerable

 

got her some parts



















checked her with a triple tree on



did a mock up of the tank ad the tail end

did a mock up today and rewelded some of the joint just to make sure before sending them to be powder coated

 

 

the frame and shocks are powder coated as well as the rims and hubs awaiting build up

 

 

sand blasting the engine well some parts of it
