My 1983 Sportster Ironhead is just fine and I'm 6'2". I do find though, that I use the highway pegs quite a bit and I'm considering moving the controls to there...$. I don't think I'm too tall to use the center controls confortable, but it is more comfortable to set my feet on the highway pegs. Check out the pic and you can see that I fit just fine!

I haven't bought one yet but a guy is selling his '75 sportster. He upgraded to a newer TwinCam because he said the sportster bike as too small for him.

He is 6'-1" and I am 6'-4". Has any other tall peolpe had comfort issues with mid-seventies Ironheads??
Ride the machine and make up your own mind.

I am 6 foot 2 and have been since I was 12 years old.
My first Sporty in 1965 at age 15. 64 XLCH.

Rode an 07 Sporty a few months ago and realize that I need a second machine
today - a SportSter.

They are not small, except in some people's minds.

Great machines. Not a Touring Bike,

These are SPORTsters. That is what you want??

Get it, if so.
