I used to have a '77 Ironhead and would like to get another as a project with my son. Is there any place online, or somewhere in the Georgia/SC/FL area that anyone knows is a good place to look? I'm keeping my eyes peeled on Ebay of course, and any other places I can think of. I'm not looking to pay more than $1K in initial outlay (knowing that I'll be paying down the road). The old '77 was my dad and my project and I'm looking to relive it all I guess.

You might try posting in the Buying/Selling forum here on the boards. Other than that maybe cycletrader.com may be a place to check.

Thanks for your responses, I'll try cycletrader...I've noticed that it's hard to find a fair price on these things. It's like they've turned to gold all of a sudden. Are they getting that rare?!
